At WebitExpert, we strive to ensure client satisfaction with every service we deliver. However, due to the nature of digital marketing services, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds as outlined below.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Since our services involve personalized strategy, planning, and time investment, refunds are generally not applicable once a service has been delivered or initiated.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started and is within 3 days of initial payment
  • The service delivered does not match what was agreed upon in the signed proposal or contract
  • There was a duplicate payment made by mistake
3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management
  • Social media marketing services
  • Any custom design or content development work
4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a formal request via email to support@webitexpert.com within 3 business days of payment.

Please include the reason for the request and any relevant supporting documents. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 working days.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a billing dispute, we encourage open communication. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
